Moontime Magic ✨
Before there was artificial light, women started their periods on the full moon. All the women in a tribe. The same day. This is why we call it your “Moontime”. It’s a sweet way to remember our lineage, our connection in sisterhood. All the women would gather in “The Red Tent” to get through their periods together.
We created this tincture to ease the discomfort of your moontime cramps and for the often painful contractions experienced after you give birth. I’ve been making this tincture for several years for all of my mamas. They use it for easing the pain of uterine involution after the baby is born, and keep it to use it when their moontime returns. It is really a lovely helper for postpartum but also for your period.
It uses several herbs curated to support the uterus and the divine feminine. It’s amazing to give to your daughters and friends and sisters. It’s so wonderful to have a pain reliever that has no side effects! We know Tylenol and Ibuprofen have some pretty significant side effects. Even with just one dose. So throw those pain relievers out and try something that offers pain relief, anti-nauseousness, anti-spasmodic, calming herbs.
We also offer a midwife tea—Used for postpartum and moontime pain. It has organic cramp bark and organic Ceylon cinnamon. These herbs ease the pains and nourish the uterus. Love on yourself when you are on your moontime. Take a bath, massage your uterus, use a warm heat bottle, make yourself some midwife tea and take your tincture. You freaking deserve it!!!!
