• Nettles are rich in iron, calcium, potassium, vitamins A, C, and K. Helping to strengthen the body and uterus. 
• Oat straw is a powerful nervine and the alkaloids it contains promotes relaxation and nourishes the nervous system. This in turn can be useful for blood pressure and varicose veins. 
• Red Raspberry leaf has a great affinity for nourishing the uterus. Reducing menstrual cramps and strengthening the uterus for labor. 
• Alfalfa is loaded with vitamins and minerals. Iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, silicon, the list goes on and on. Specifically a great source of vitamin K! 

For a cup of tea: Steep a tablespoon of tea in roughly 2 cups water for several minutes, add honey or maple syrup to taste.*

For a very potent infusion: Place 1-2” of tea blend in a quart sized mason jar, fill the jar with boiling water, stir, close jar with lid and steep overnight. Next morning, strain and add honey or maple syrup. 

*This makes approximately 50 cups of tea
