Who has struggled with postpartum depression? 🙋‍♀️


Pp depression is not “normal”. It’s often times a deep need for nourishment, replenishment and warmth. When I started focusing on postpartum nourishment in my midwifery practice, I saw a DRAMATIC increase in the joyfulness mamas were experiencing in postpartum.
