Organic calendula, Organic chamomile, Organic lavender, Organic mint, Organic yarrow, extracted in organic alcohol free witch hazel.

Calendula - antiseptic and wonderfully healing to the skin and tissues.

Chamomile - soothes, aids in wound healing, and its antibacterial properties help to prevent infection.

Lavender - has analgesic properties (think numbing), relieves the itchiness, and speeds up healing time. Lavender is a nervine so it also calms the anxiety which often accompanies the discomfort.

Mint - cooling and calming to the skin.

Yarrow - has anti-microbial and astringent qualities that reduce inflammation and infection, slows bleeding, and aids in healing.

Witch Hazel is known to reduce inflammation.

Spray bottle works upside-down for ease of reach. You just need to take out the tube. Spray liberally and often on perineum and any hemorrhoids present.

When you get near the end of your bottle, you can re-attach the small tube to the sprayer head to reach the bottom of the bottle. Any leftover peri-spray can be used anywhere on the body for wound care as well.

Pro-tip: Spray liberally on your postpartum pads. If you’re having a birth center or hospital birth, don’t forget to bring it with you in your birth bag.
